速賣通站內信怎么寫？有什么技巧？

站內信處理的基本原則

1、批發(fā)的站內信消息優(yōu)先處理。抓住一個老客戶，有時候可以頂你一天的銷售額，要把更多的精力放在批發(fā)訂單上，爭取拿下批發(fā)訂單。

2、如實回答，切勿忽悠?？蛻粼儐柈a品的相關功能，知道就是知道，不知道就是不知道，不確定就說不知道，一旦你說了可以支持，結果買回去用不了，速賣通糾紛退全款，妥妥的。(客戶要懂產品+物流+銷售等等)。

1、產品問題

問外觀相關(尺寸，顏色等)
